Role: HGV 1 Driver Location: Coventry Start times - Shifts available starting from 04:00 through to 14:00. Our client is happy to work with your preference of start time, within reason. Pay Rate: £15.42 Per hour Mainstay Recruitment are currently recruiting for a HGV 1 driver, delivering packaging and other similar products to warehouses/depots nationwide. This is a Monday - Friday position and our client has start times ranging from 04:00 - 14:00 - shifts last around 10 hours on average and we can work with your preference of start time (2/3 hour window will be required). Duties of the role: Delivery of plastic containers and other packaging Deliveries to warehouses nationwide Curtainsider vehicles Between 1 and 3 deliveries per day Ratchet strapping is required Some occasional pumptruck unloading involved, although most deliveries unload with FLT Candidate Requirements: Minimum 6 months class 1 experience Experience of using ratchet straps No more than 6 points for minor offences flexible approach to work Reliable Hours of Work: Shifts available starting from 04:00 through to 14:00.
