Must Have FLT Counter Balance This role provides support to the Logistics function within the Integrated Supply Chain on a COMAH site, with primary accountability for loading outbound vehicles, unloading raw materials deliveries from trailers & tankers, ensuring production have raw material levels maintained by manually stocking pallets & delivering drums & maintaining stock accuracy to a high level. The job holder will need to be a team player with a proactive attitude and have the initiative to work on his/her own. They will require very strong Fork Lift truck skills to ensure all movements on site are in line with company HSE policies. They will need to support the site culture of functional & operational excellence, continuous improvement, accountability, flexibility, professionalism, and commitment to Company values and behaviors by following Centre of Excellence processes. Duties of role : Ensure all materials received and dispatched are entered onto the ERP system correctly so that stocks and inventory are accurately recorded. It is essential that high levels of concentration are applied as errors can be critical to production activities. To ensure all Import & export documentation is processed efficiently and in a timely manner, ensuring high customer service levels are maintained to the fullest Be part of a high functioning cycle count team, accuracy is essential in ensuring site stock levels are correct. The ability to concentrate and focus and work within a team is key. Ensure all raw material movements from Production areas are made on time and are accurately recorded onto the ERP (SAP) system. Manual handling & strong FLT skills are required to ensure any delays are minimal. Business and/or Functional Skills/ Knowledge Able to demonstrate good verbal and written English skills. Good IT literacy: SAP or other ERP systems including Microsoft office. Basic Mathematics will be essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Needs to be flexible and a team player. Experience Experience working in a busy warehousing environment (Chemical preferred) but not essential. Previous experience working within a team and under own initiative. Experience of problem solving and the ability to prioritise workloads accordingly. Hours 7.55 per day / Day shifts.
