This includes being responsible for First Rate’s IT Change Management Policy & Procedures, related processes and local work instructions, as well as ensuring client and business services are not unexpectedly impacted following the execution of IT Changes. The successful candidate will ensure that First Rate’s IT Change Management approach supports the successful deployment of Sprint software releases into Production with no issues. They will also ensure effective governance and control on all IT Change matters. Working closely with all stakeholders, the IT Change Manager will provide subject matter expertise on all IT change elements to ensure they meet necessary quality and content levels to minimise risk and ensure successful execution. the candidate The ideal candidate will have: Experience working in foreign exchange, financial services or banking industries Over 5 years in a IT Change Manager role or equivalent Experience working in Agile and/or DevOps environment The ability to analyse problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions High level of planning, liaison and consulting skills Strong time management and self-organisation in dealing with multi-tasking Strong customer services skills Good level of written and communication; able to articulate from technical to business speak Qualification Degree level qualification, preferably in an IT related discipline or equivalent combination of specialised training Experience of ITIL best practice, preferably ITIL Foundation and Change Management accredited Salary and Benefits Hybrid Working Competitive salary and bonus scheme Preferential rates on foreign currency Generous holiday allowance Free gym on-site at our Brentford Head Office Staff holiday fund Generous employer pension contribution Preferential rates on private medical schemes Interest-free season ticket loan We want all of our employees to grow and reach their full potential.
