The Role As a Program Test Manager, you will drive and manage overall testing for a large programme involving interline agreements between multiple airlines to enable seamless and enhanced customer experience. Key responsibilities: Work with stakeholders to define, implement, and manage the overall test strategy for the project. Understand the project requirements and work on the test estimates. Define Test Plan, Test Scenarios and Test data requirements based on the project requirements. Onboard and manage the Test team for the project. Manage Test preparation and test execution of the various test phases. Promote/ drive test automation. Proactively manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies. Work with Portfolio Test Managers to ensure that VAL QA processes are followed. Participate in the sprint ceremonies and/ or relevant project meetings to represent Testing. Stakeholder Management and Test Reporting. Your Profile Experience required: Extensive work experience with Quality Assurance and Testing. A deep understanding of the testing strategy, tools and principles. Ability to build collaborative relationships, facilitating, challenging, and bringing ideas together to solve problems Effective time management, prioritization and organizational skills that ensure deadlines are met. Excellent Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to overcome and conflicting objectives, and to ensure that key subject matter experts are engaged and involved in user stories and clear acceptance criteria – ensuring successful adoption. Ability to run several concurrent workstreams within a Project or program with stakeholders across multiple locations, with multiple suppliers, teams involved Great planning, discovery, diagnostic, design, delivery – influencing, nurturing & rolling sleeves up to get the job done. Skills required: Strong QA experience. Airline Domain experience (in PSS, Loyalty areas) is desirable. Strong Stakeholder Management. Experience to work in a multi-vendor environment. Influential leader to energise the delivery team and maintain momentum. You must be result-oriented; take commitments and deadlines seriously. Self-starter: you can work with minimal supervision and independently. Demonstrate sense of passion and pride about your own work. Positive attitude and adapt well to change.
