You will ensure effective, efficient and scalable processes across our hiring to support our Talent Partners in delivering a best in class service. You will be responsible for managing our tools and systems, optimising our ATS and ensuring it is accurate and up to date at all times. You will lead on reporting, providing essential insights to both the Talent team and the wider business with accuracy. What are you great at? You love data and metrics, and are a whizz at pulling reports to provide insight to the team Process mapping and finding ways to improve efficiency such as automation Ensuring tools and systems are optimised for maximum impact Creating engaging, accurate documentation (we use Notion) Reporting on spend across tools and agency hires Requirements You're the sort of person who Is highly organised, with acute attention to detail Can balance using technology to improve efficiencies without diminishing the candidate experience Has a great understanding of the hiring lifecycle Loves working with data, and can generate complex reports for holders Can manage end to end projects Benefits What's in it for you?
