Job summary As a project manager within the team, you will be expected to support programme managers, deployment team leads, and the Director of Deployment to deliver client-facing projects. We are looking for a Project manager with a can-do attitude from a technical background who has extensive experience delivering technology solutions in the Healthcare sector. This position is a hybrid position with required onsite work in London. Key Responsibilities Manage implementation of multiple projects whilst coordinating the team to keep them on track and keeping the project on budget Follow standard deployment processes and tools as defined for a team Initiate projects, check feasibility and work out budgets, teams, and resources Able to develop programme/project plans and deliver to challenging timescales and budgets Familiar with supporting pre-sales activities and creating Statements of Work Lead and motivate your project team from both internal and external stakeholder organisations Report regularly to management and the client Effective management of change control Effective management of project budget Efficient management of project resources Identify and manage risks, issues to ensure delivery is on time Close the projects including evaluating successes and challenges to enhance learning for your next project Essential Experience Multiple years of project management experience, able to deliver multiple projects at the same time Educated to Degree-level or the ability to demonstrate equivalent experience A formal practitioner level project management qualification is preferred Experience in taking multiple projects from start to finish to challenging timescales and budgets Can manage client-facing projects, including the identification of key deliverables, timeline & resource planning, and adept at project reporting Strong stakeholder management at all levels (up to C-Suite) and can maintain effective relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, able to push back or up-sell (via the Sales team) Experience with supporting presales activities and creating Statement of Work Ability to work under pressure, adapt quickly in a dynamic environment Experience in delivering projects across several time zones with offshore teams Familiar with working with Agile/Scrum development environment Familiar using tools like Jira and Kimble Lumeon Benefits & Perks Private health insurance (AXA): 80% cashback of dentist fees up to £400. 80% cashback of optician fees up to £200 Flexible work environment Manager support for well-being Unlimited Annual Leave Pension with 5% match Parental leave: 10 weeks of paid leave to recover from childbirth. 2 weeks of paid parental leave to bond with a new baby Employee assistance program Voluntary Cashplan (BUPA) Cycle to work scheme Working Culture Working culture based on trust and collaboration.
