Senior Information Security Services Manager - £80K/£85K 10% Bonus £6K car allowance - Hybrid Working (office 2 days p/w) - Bournemouth We are recruiting an experienced Information Security Senior manager who has a passion for leading people. As the Information Security Advisory Services Manager you will report directly to the CISO and lead or clients Supplier Assurance, Project Consultancy, Security Architecture, and Security Testing teams across a large Insurance group. In addition, as part of the Information Security Leadership Team you will influence and deliver strategic direction, engage with senior stakeholders in the business to drive forward security, and be recognised as a subject matter expert on a broad range of Info Sec topics. The role will be based in either Guildford or Bournemouth (travel between the two may be required) Responsibilities The Information Security Advisory Services Manager will manage a team of Information Security specialists, responsible for the following: Defining, implementing, and managing the Information Security Advisory Services strategy and priorities, aligned to an Information Security strategy Management and delivery of the Supplier Assurance, Project Consultancy, Security Architecture, and Security Testing teams across the group Establishing a Cloud approach for Project Consultancy and Security Testing, to ensure our Cloud first strategy is delivered as robustly as all other initiatives within the UK Group of businesses Improving and automating Information Security processes to provide an enhanced service offering to the business, in turn enabling key resources to focus on what matters, when it matters Ensuring Information Security policies and standards are adhered to by the business, including integrating into Governance and Risk processes within the wider Information Security team Partnering with our Change, IT, and DevSecOps environments to enable business outcomes, securely Being part of the Information Security Leadership Team and setting strategy, culture, and direction both internally and across the wider organisation Providing subject matter expertise on Information Security topics, in particular Supplier Assurance, Project Consultancy, Security Architecture, and Security Testing, to Advisory Services, Information Security, and the wider business To apply you should have the following demonstrable skills and experience: Senior leadership role in a regulated Information Security team (preferably in financial services organisations) Exceptional stakeholder engagement and management skills Ability to build, lead, and develop highly effective teams, including running multiple teams (ie different domains and different geographies) Defining, implementing, and refining approaches to Information Security (preferably Supplier Assurance, Project Consultancy, Security Architecture, and Security Testing) Subject matter expertise in at least two of Supplier Assurance, Project Consultancy, Security Architecture, and Security Testing role at a management level Lead Cloud based teams and initiatives, and developed and transformed a team to incorporate a Cloud first strategy into Advisory Services for Information Security Information Security frameworks and their alignment to governance, risk, and compliance Managed security design initiatives, including Cloud and Architecture, from inception to implementation Skills & Experience: It would be beneficial to have the following skills and qualifications: A recognised security or cloud specific certification, eg, CCSP, SSCP, CISSP, CCSK Start ASAP/February/March 2022.
