Job Description PA's Digital Team helps its customers to provide valuable insights based on complex quantitative and qualitative data, and to understand and shape their most important (business) priorities. Using advanced modelling and analytics, we support the (senior) management of our customers in answering difficult (management) issues and provide them with a substantiated and visualized diagnosis to gain insight and offer a solution direction. We design an approach to improving the performance of the organization through an integrated use of analytics, and develop advanced business intelligence tools and dashboards that give customers a continuous and substantiated insight into their performance. Qualifications What we're looking for: The main goal of the role is to understand strategic and operational customer questions through the use of advanced (data) analysis and to (help) translate them into practically feasible organizational improvements. As a member of mixed PA – customer teams and in collaboration with key stakeholders within the customer organization you help to carry out complex and challenging projects and programmes. You support sales / business development activities by participating in propositions, quotations and tenders, and contribute to the PA Thought Leadership. Experience in the following: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proven by a university educational background. A Master's degree obtained or a clear science profile is clearly an advantage. Proven interest and experience in predictive modelling, simulation, simulation, simulation and data visualization techniques. Proven interest and experience in translating detailed data analysis into practical performance improvement opportunities for customers.
