Are you in IT and are looking for the next step? We currently have a new and exciting role available for an IT professional to join a 1st line support team based in Kettering. The role would suit a candidate who is keen to progress their career within IT. The main duties of the role include – Supporting employees with all IT related incidents / service requests via telephone, email, remote desktop or in person. Be the first and last point of contact for all IT related incidents / service requests Logging all incidents and service requests via the ticketing system Resolving all issues Working towards SLA thresholds for all incidents / service requests The ideal candidate will assist IT projects, have a good knowledge of Windows 10 and other Microsoft Packages. Be a good communicator, able to prioritise work, have an organised and methodical approach. An understanding of ITIL framework and / or certified, network troubleshooting TCP/IP and general WAN/LAN troubleshooting would also be an advantage.
