We are looking for a Product Manager with a passion for driving user adoption of Spotify across the world’s largest consumer experience ecosystems. You will work with multiple engineering squads as well as Senior Product Managers and Directors to define and implement a strategy that helps Spotify use the distribution power of its partnerships to attract new users and improve the onboarding experience. Above all your work will improve the experience of listening to Spotify music and audio in the most effortless way possible for millions of users. What You’ll Do Drive the product vision and strategy with innovative engineers, product managers, designers, consumer insights and analytics teams to deliver outstanding experiences to our users Define, communicate, represent and debate growth strategy with senior team members across Spotify. Become an authority in activation across all devices and experiences Spotify is present on. Work across multiple different initiatives on various products with a range of domain teams. Develop close working relationships with our partners and occasionally travel to the US for on site workshops. Be based anywhere in Europe with Spotify’s flexible working policy. Who You Are You are an experienced (4 years) Product Manager who knows how to build and widen user growth funnels from awareness to conversion and are passionate about it. You enjoy working with broad scope and bold visions You are driven by product performance metrics You can work across numerous different technical stacks and client architectures from TVs to smart speakers to embedded web players to user authentication systems. You are equally adept at working on long term projects with return on investment years from conception as well as short term tactical updates and optimisations. You understand how to collaborate with business partners to develop outstanding experiences. You are a phenomenal communicator who can tell compelling stories both verbally and in writing. You care a lot about how business, product and technology strategies work together. You can lead engineering and partner teams and always ensure they know ‘why’ decisions are made.
