Your ‘day to day’ Accountable for the day-to-day delivery and governance of the P&C Transformation across the operating model, organisation design, process, service and technology aspects including the change management and engagement needed for the change to land / embed successfully. Working closely with the Global Head of P&C Transformation and the P&C Leadership Team (LT), Project / Workstream leads and associated Working Groups (WGs) to design, mobilise, lead and drive the programme so that it meets its stated objectives in a controlled manner whilst actively managing the change agenda with P&C, IT and the Business. This will include shaping and managing the programme governance, defining and integrating the multiple projects / workstreams, managing the programme critical path and the dependencies both within the programme and external to the programme as part of the broader PMI & P&C Transformation portfolio. You will play a critical role in supporting the P&C Excellent head in designing and developing talent development solutions for the function. Some of Key Accountabilities will be: Support the definition of the P&C transformation programme strategy and execution plan Establish a clear internal and internal stakeholder engagement strategy and plan Develop the transformation programme structure, governance and reporting Manage transformation programme planning, governance and management including reporting in accordance with broader P&C and IT governance model and standards Manage top tier risks and issues that could impact achievement of the program objectives Manage the sub projects / workstreams including the definition, design, delivery and commercial aspects Manage the programme budget (to the extent delegated) Manage the dependencies within the programme across the projects/workstreams and outside of the programme as part of the broader P&C portfolio Manage the design rigour processes for the purposes of scope definition, scope control and adherence to agreed design principles Manage the change and communications aspects to ensure the programme gains commitment to the new models of working Define and manage the value realisation aspects of the programme – cost envelope, benefits and timing We are looking for someone who has: •Transformation management (People, Op Model, Technology, Process and Service aspects) •Programme management •Stakeholder management and influencing •Management of change •Business Case Management including application of Tx levers, planning and budgeting •Dependency, Risk and Intervention management •Programme governance •Emotional intelligence •Interpersonal and negotiating skills •Works comfortably at all levels of the organization. •Strategic thinking and analytics based problem solving •HR Transformation expert (across People, Op Model, Technology, Process and Service aspects) •Successful track record in delivering global programmes of this complexity and size •Proven manager and motivator of transformation teams •Knowledge of transformation levers, what does good look like outside PMI and applying best practice What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
