What you’ll do Collaborate with Enterprise Applications Leadership and Cytiva business partners to define and execute against technology blueprint Drive technology discussion and strategy in line with business needs to develop technology roadmap Leverage Project Management methodologies and Cytiva project management practices in ensuring delivery of various technical & business initiatives Lead multiple technology initiatives spanning across various technologies Oracle ERP, Infrastructure, Cloud adoption, Tools implementation, etc. Organize project teams comprising of cross-functional experts across multiple teams and vendors, based on budget, scope and timeline Manage day-to-day execution of multiple interdependent projects by working directly with global technical teams. Manage procurement and onboarding process Support execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies. Partner with technical and functional teams to the project to ensure their tasks are completed as required Manage project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of the project Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting at various levels of the organization including leadership and executives Track project outcomes realization and customer satisfaction levels through established metrics against service level. Ensure lessons learned are collected Create project budgets and ensure ongoing budget tracking. Prepare, present & track monthly financial reviews of technical initiatives for Enterprise technology Who you are Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or Engineering or 5 years of IT technical experience Minimum 8 years of IT professional experience Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT Project Management including project and financial management leading cross functional initiatives and/or large global IT projects Proven experience using project management methodologies to deliver business value and drive significant change across an organization. PMP or Prince2 Certification preferred. Strong understanding and knowledge of various project and portfolio management methodologies with track record of implementing shared standards for large organizations Strong leadership skills with ability to influence outcomes and organize teams to attain shared goals. Excellent influencing, interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal) with all levels of an organization. Strong team player - collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources. Proven experience with various project management tools such as PPM, MS-Project, etc. Exposure to agile methodologies and tools.
