Role Profile:​​​​​​​ The Traffic Management Co-Ordinator will be working within the NRTS Traffic Management Team. The candidate must be willing to learn and have a keen eye for detail, with capacity to work alone or as part of a team in a fast-moving environment. Working as part of the Telent NRTS NOC and be able to deliver the following to a high standard: Respond to clash analysis reports as appropriate and be able to collaborate with external and internal parties to achieve a successful request outcome. Ensure that all Traffic Management requests, and associated road space bookings are managed in line with agreed safety procedures. Co-ordinate with all stakeholders, including Traffic Management suppliers, regional occupancy management teams, technical and field resource. Record all Traffic Management activities accurately and completely in the service management system and associated tracking tools. Handle associated incoming calls and emails. Accurate assignment of tasks/activities to appropriate resolver groups for Incident Management in line with Incident models. Monitor and maintain progress updates throughout the closure request. Provide support to the Team Supervisor in achieving key deliverables as required.​​​​​​​Business Operations Skills - Essential Microsoft Office 365 applications Excellent communication skills and attention to detail required ITIL preferableBusiness Operations Skills - Desirable Experience of operational working environment necessary.
