Job: Application Support Analyst You will play a key part in offering a platinum service for key clients which includes the onboarding phase to being responsive and someone who loves solution finding and bringing creativity to the floor This is an ideal position for someone who's passionate, a great communicator and someone who's ambitious as the progression scale is unlike no other. We have a particular interest to speak with candidates with a second European language be it French, Spanish, German etc. A glance of your experience reads the following: Assist in areas of onboarding providing a seamless process Work closely with technical team and clients to resolve & prevent issues that may impact their businesses Providing client direct support using telephone, ticket systems & email, and, if necessary, in person Actively troubleshoot to recreate reported customer issues on internal, client simulated & test system environments OR by actually carrying out diagnostic work on client's own test/UAT systems Identify opportunities to implement and drive adoption of self-service solutions to meet client needs What we're seeking for in candidates?
