Products include EquatePlus, our web-based platform and our associated EquateMobile App. We provide business solutions, improvements, change management primarily for Computershares Plans global business (across UK, Europe, Africa, Australia, Asia, Canada & US) and occasionally also for other business lines as required. A role you will love Our Business Analysts work independently or in support of the Product or Project Managers on major strategic projects, software development, or process improvements emanating via the demand management channel. This opportunity gives the jobholder the chance to work on a variety of initiatives, providing the platform to build an enviable knowledge base across all our products, whilst enhancing his/her relationships across all levels of management and staff. We are looking for experienced business analysts with a strong track record of driving change in global organisations. You will be confident working in a fast paced environment and able to overcome challenges quickly. You will be delivery focused with excellent stakeholder management skills and work effectively with the business, product and technology teams to deliver change and process improvements Key Accountabilities Work collaboratively within cross-functional teams, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to elicit requirements & acceptance criteria to ensure the business objectives and product vision is being delivered Understandcomplex issues,identify root causes, analyse options, develop recomendations and deliver solutions which result in business growth Develop requirements, break down business problems into epics, features and user stories and manage through change control Produce high quality process flows Validate business cases to ensure all benefits are measurable Present analysis and process reviews to stakeholder and project groups Facilitate and manage workshops and meetings with business and technology Identify risks and track through to resolution, utilise tools such as Jira to manage tasks, producing project status updates and ensuring issues and risks are communicated to stakeholders appropriately Support business testing to ensure readiness for change (e.g. UAT, Training, documentation etc.) Implement process improvements and system deployments Skills, Experience & Competencies Were looking for someone who is adaptable, dynamic and results driven, capable of working independently managing multiple priorities. A highly organised person with demonstratable experience of analysing complex issues and identifying root causes. Key to this role is the need for advanced Excel skills, ideally withpast experience of access database management or dealing with SQL queries. Solid experience as a business analyst, ideally in a global or financial services environment Experience working within an Agile environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively tailor communication to different audiences Solid process mapping, process improvement and documentation skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills Product or project experience that shows your ability to deliver against aplan Change Management - has apositive, pragmatic, and collaborative approach Understands Cost / Benefit analysis and financial impact Rewards designed for you Employee Share Plan.
