My client, a MSP, are looking for a Technical Customer Service Manager to be an a personal point of contact for one of their clients based in Reading. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by making sure that client issues are resolved in a timely manner. You will act as the first point of contact for your client and will be responsible for escalating technical issues on to the service desk team.
