Senitor Associates have partnered with a Hertfordshire company which is looking for an IT Manager to join their team. We see this as an excellent opportunity for someone to take ownership of the company's IT systems and to really make a stamp on the business. We are looking for someone who has strong hands-on technical expertise who will advise on all IT-related activities across the business. The role offers a salary of up to £65,000 with flexi working schedules. Job Responsibilities: Supervise and control the day-day functions of the IT team and align these functions with long-term strategies. Help to provide and assist with operational leadership across the team, ensuring that the IT team is created and applied based on quality process. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, such as; migrations/rollouts/policies. Assess software, project managing its implementation across the Group. Assist in diagnosing and solving technical issues across IT systems, infrastructure and networks. Ensure IT activities are compliant with applicable policies and regulations. Required Skills and Experience: Excellent understanding of business processes. Strong project management skills. Broad knowledge of IT disciplines - Windows Servers, Networking, Virtualisation, Cloud technologies. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
