IT Support Engineer Sidcup, Kent Salary: £30,000 Our client is a small, well-established, growing IT MSP based on the London borders, Sidcup, Bexley Kent area. They have an exciting opportunity for a motivated IT Support Engineer with 2 plus years of experience to improve their technical skill set and work on support tickets and projects at all levels. This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to join a successful, well-established company offering continued training, support and development. The Role: You will provide high-quality 2nd and 3rd Line technical support to end-users and working on projects. You will be required to take ownership and have a hands-on approach to resolving Client issues that will vary. The role will involve providing desktop remote support to clients. Therefore you will need to build reputable relationships with clients, offering excellent levels of customer service. IT Experience: Ideally, within a similar MSP your technical skills should include knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10, Active Directory, AzureAD, Sharepoint, Exchange, Office 365. Person specification You must be able to work with a sense of urgency and be a Strong communicator with a clear and friendly telephone manner.
