Opening for 1st line IT Analyst's to join the existing helpdesk of a Global IT Managed Service Provider , based from either central Bristol, or their South Bristol office. You will be diagnosing and resolving 1st line incidents via email and telephone, responding to users' technical incidents/requests, escalating technical issues as necessary, and managing the ticketing system, within a busy helpdesk environment. You will need a good understanding of the use and support of: Microsoft Office/Client/ Server/ Exchange Active Directory, DNS, DHCP Ideally you will have a technical or helpdesk background.
