They provide hardware and software to some of the largest banks in the world. They partner with their banking customers to develop and provide customized solutions. Your Attributes & Competencies: Confident, self-starter (Nobody ever asked for someone that wasn't) Proven track record in the ATM/Banking industry, or have a strong academic background to be able to learn and understand the market and competitor products in order to hit the ground running. Must possess good organizational skills, good interpersonal skills and maintain a high degree of confidentiality Have strong team work ethic to achieve the result together Experience of one or more of the following areas preferred: Open Banking, Cheque Processing, Cash Forecasting/Management, SDK Design Have experience and knowledge of one or more of the following (as many as possible is advantageous) PCI-DSS (SSF), EMV, Contactless Payments, Cheque Processing (offline/online) Have in-depth understanding of coding languages, DBMS and Servers Project Management experience would be advantageous Experiences of Banking/FI backend systems would be advantageous A background MS.NET Full Stack development would be useful but not essential Responsibilities: Communicate and consult with clients (local partner/customer) and internal stakeholders to design and develop appropriate solutions Prepare and document customer requirements Report on and escalate issues around any current technical solutions being implemented Provide updates on product development processes, costs and budgets Continually research both existing and emerging technologies and potential partners Identify opportunities and propose changes where needed to expand existing products or to create new solutions/products Continually research competitor solutions and maintain our solutions to be the best in the market Gain experience in various solutions by carrying out installations to acquire in-depth understanding to help shape what best practice should look like in the market as well as continuous improvement Maintain the product within relative UK/EU standards and de facto compliance Build an industry network in order to identify appropriate organisations to work with
