IT Helpdesk Analyst Location: Remote 4x a week - Northampton 1x a week Salary: £26,000 - £33,000 Hours: Working 1pm - 9pm from Tuesday to Saturday (with potential for flexibility to suit your requirements) 12 month Fixed Term Contract with the potential for the role to go permanent. They are currently looking for an IT Helpdesk Analyst to join their Global IT Helpdesk team on a Fixed-Term basis. You will be reporting directly to the Functional Leader - IT Helpdesk (New Zealand), they are looking for someone who can bring a passion for delighting customers and some technical experience to support growing UK & Ireland markets. As IT Helpdesk Analyst, you will be confident working in a stand-alone role based in the UK, and be a highly collaborative team player, excited by the opportunity to support Global markets in a 'follow-the-sun' IT service model. Key Responsibilities: Work as part of a global IT Helpdesk team to prioritise and troubleshoot incoming global and local requests/tickets, balancing customer needs across helpdesk shift patterns and timeframes.
