The company produces in Germany and assures the highest quality standards with its patented control system. The efficient technology of va-Q-tecs products saves valuable energy in areas of everyday use: transport of pharmaceutical products, in refrigeration and freezer appliances, in buildings, in technology & industry as well as in automobiles and aircraft. Key Responsibilities and duties Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions Conduct training with all new TSCs through the new TSC implementation process Perform effectiveness assessment of all TSC training and conduct retraining as required Conduct annual refresher training or retention tests according to training schedule Perform retraining where required, identified through any sources such as non-conformances, vertical audits, service history or change control Support the collection and review of TSC training records to identify training needs Ensure all training is recorded as required Develop and test TSC training programs and materials Maintain all training materials, ensuring periodic reviews are carried out where required Support TSC and TSC support staff with technical enquiries Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools Travel globally to deliver training Ad hoc duties as requested by supervisor Additional Responsibilities and duties Support TSS and operational process development where required Work on training related projects as directed by supervisor Your profile Diploma in training for the adult sector or equivalent 5 years of proven experience as a trainer Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel ane-learning software is a plus Experience in LMS and e-learning Ability to work in a fast-pacedteam environment Ability to work independently and as a team High accuracy and attention to detail Efficient time management Planning/organizational skills and the ability to prioritise and multitask Communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills Proactive thinking Flexible and willing to work in the constantly changing environment of a growing service-providing company which operates across the globe Presentation and public speaking skills Interested?
