Onsite Support Engineer x3 Salary: £40k Location: London area Neulinx are partnered with a leading cloud transformation and managed services provider, who are experts in identity and cyber security. My client is looking to hire three Onsite Engineers to work a site in Central London. The Role Onsite Engineers always project a customer first mindset, serving all customers as a VIP. Engineers understand that when they are on a client site they are committed exclusively to that client, demonstrating knowledge, and understanding of our client’s needs, constantly looking to remove issues whilst making recommendations for a better IT experience, when identified. The Onsite Engineer role consists of managing incidents and requests, either face to face or over the phone from the initial request to resolution, using the ticketing system to record and document all progress through to ticket closure, ensuring that customer satisfaction and service level agreements are met. Main Responsibilities: Provide 2nd line support for all clients where assigned. Respond to alerts if required, including testing, and troubleshooting. Any client IT issues that can’t be resolved, escalate to 3rd line. Support for physical/virtual servers, network and security systems. Support desktop environments, remote access and mobility solutions, Have a clear and detailed understanding of how technology relates to business strategies and goals. Essential Skills: Min 3 years’ experience in the IT industry (Financial experience desirable) VIP Support, Hedge Fund/Asset Management Support experience. AD/Group Policy – Intermediate (AZ900, 2 years’ experience). MS365/Exchange – Intermediate (MS900/AZ900, 2 years’ experience). Windows Troubleshooting Skills Hardware Laptop Troubleshooting Skills Mobile Phone Management (Endpoint Manager) Audio Visual Equipment – Intermediate (2 years’ experience). Application Management (MS Office/Adobe Acrobat/Creative Cloud/VPN) Windows Deployment (Intune/Azure, SCCM, MDT/Win 10) Technical Desirable Skills: Audio Visual Equipment – Logitech, Cisco, Teams, Zoom. Anti-Virus Experience/Portal Navigation. Mac OS Experience. Network Troubleshooting Skills – Basic. Desktop Phone Troubleshooting and Setup. Sharepoint – Basic. Powershell -Basic.
