PROCESS IMPROVEMENT SPECIALIST CARDIFF OR GILLINGHAM (Hybrid) £30,000-£40,000 Bonus A worldwide distributor of products, services and supplies for the healthcare sector is looking for a Business Improvement Analyst to define and refine business processes, working closely with Leaders/Managers to analyse business requirements and provide solutions/recommendations. Select from medical/dental/vision insurance, generous holidays, income protection, education benefits, volunteer opportunities and much more WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING As a Business Improvement Analyst your key duties will include: · Analysis of Business processes so that they can benefit commercial objectives and customer satisfaction · Mapping of Business processes and recommendations of best business practice based upon the Business requirements and commercial objectives · Validate/test the Business processes in a structured way · Consolidation and integration / implementation of practices into one core system · Consolidation of data into one core system (including data mapping) · Data mapping between legacy systems, ERP Salesforce including FSL and CPQ · Project lead Salesforce system development with CRM development team to ensure business priorities are achieved WHAT YOU’LL NEED To be considered for the Business Improvement Analyst role, you must have: · Previous experience within a Business Analysis, Project Management or continuous Improvement role · Strong stakeholder management skills · Excellent communication skills · Previous experience of process mapping is advantageous · Business improvement, business efficiency or continuous improvement experience · MS-Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project, Access) · Can do attitude, willing to get involved in Major Projects, some European Travel may be required.
