A reputable global brand is looking for a talented IT Business Analystto join a largeestablished technical team - this is a hybrid role (50:50 working from home and impressive offices in the Paddington area, Central London). Reporting into both the Chief Technical Operations Officer and IT Director, the successful candidate will support technical operations in delivering the technology elements that underpin both the strategic vision andtechnical plans for the business. Duties will include studying business functions and determining operational objectives to improve performance, scoping requirements and designing solutions, preparing technical reports, co-ordinating financial, product, market, operational and related research, chairing Change Control Board meetings as required as well as communicating with project stakeholders. In order to be suitable for this role you must have proven experience working in a Technical IT Business Analyst role working across a broad range of IT initiatives, ideally for a medium to large-sized user base in a fast-moving industry. It is essential to have first-class communication andorganisationalskills with proven experience presenting to key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will also have a technical background and relevant industry certifications (ITIL Foundation, IIBA, Prince 2etc.), but this is not essential. This is also an opportunity for a tech-savvy candidate to join a challenging and ever-evolving global company where improvements to processes, systems and working practices are continually strived for, and the role is crucial to the companys success. This role is paying up to £69,000 benefits including discretionary bonus, pension, season ticket loan and 25 days annual leave.
