They’ve gained extensive experience across portfolio of Microsoft technologies. You will be a Principal Architect within the Digital Workplace Practice. You will be helping various customer programs of work, from small innovation accelerators to large scale delivery projects, to enable success for our customers on their Digital Workplace journey. Ideal Candidate Profile: • Client facing success driven, able to build strong & trusted relationships with clients • Passion for Business Growth • Problem Solver & Creative Thinker • Can work without supervision and demonstrate strong collaboration • Flexible to the demands of travel and sometimes irregular work hours • Digital Workplace Architectural Solution creation based on requirements • Leadership of teams across geographies • Mentoring your peers Responsibilities: • Attend client workshops to articulate scope, method, and approach of the project, working with subject matter experts to build the design, co-creating and developing a viable solution • Working with project managers and platform specialists in support of project implementation. • Remediate and adapt client architectures to take advantage of the Cloud • Identifying technical solutions to project milestones, using best practices and blueprints, in order to guide client teams to implement them • Create the required artifacts (design document, diagrams, run book, ASD, HLD, LLD, etc) • Design the Digital Workplace Plan strategy and solution • Develop a point of view, capture, prioritize and analyze technical (functional and non-functional) requirements • Possess strong leadership skills and further the evolution of intellectual capital assets and developing architectural resources • Apply Architectural Methods and Techniques. • Educate, mentor and coach teams in applying architectural techniques • Facilitate and capture lessons learned from projects to update methodologies and assets • Be recognized as a technical thought leader • Support company initiatives for offerings, contracts, technologies, and go-to-market • Set priorities to build technical architectural and project assets/deliverables for repurposing • Successful technical leadership of Customer’s projects. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Description: Demonstrate proficiency and experience in architecting, designing, implementing, migrating, and optimising enterprise-scale Microsoft end-user workspace solutions for clients that comprise of • Azure Cloud Platform • Microsoft 365 (Cloud/Hybrid Modern Workplace) • Hybrid Management (Device, OS, posture, policy) • MEM • MSIX • Collaboration • Microsoft Exchange • OneDrive • Teams (incl. 1st party voice) • SharePoint Identity: • Active Directory & Azure Active Directory • ADFS to Azure AD Connect • Hybrid Identity • Identity Protection • PIM • Conditional Access • SSO, MFA Security • Defender • EMS • Azure Information Protect • Azure Virtual Desktop Technology including: • FXLogix • MSIX App Attach Proficiency with the Power Platform in relation to its application in the Modern Workplace Microsoft Cetification in any one of the above technology areas Track industry trends and maintain knowledge of new technologies to better serve the enterprise's architecture needs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to organize material, analyze a wide variety of facts and develop appropriate recommendations. Experience with Lakeside Systrack and/or Aternity monitoring tools Experience in troubleshooting of components like: Azure Cloud, Azure Active Directory, Group Policy Design & Architecture, AD, Okta, Azure AD, DHCP, FTP, Powershell, Office 365, VMWare Workspace One, VMware App Volumes, SCCM, DNS, and disaster recovery/business continuity. Understanding of agile methodologies creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies. Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work Architectural (Open Group) &/ Project Management (PMP) Certification application in the Modern Workplace Strong inter-personal and people management skills Extensive communication, reporting and stakeholder management experience is required. Ability to travel when required Preferred Technical and Professional Experience • Minimum 5 plus years of Digital Workplace architecture experience. • Minimum 5 plus years experience in Digital Workplace architecture, design, and operations experience.• Experience in designing and deploying Digital Workplace solutions. • Strong understanding and experience in troubleshooting methodologies. • Very strong collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to create and foster a collaborative work. In depth strong facilitation, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
