About this role This role is responsible for leading on transformations across ORNI. Developing and delivering successful system and process improvement projects and tracking business benefits against customer, operational, financial and timeline outcomes. The key purpose is to have key linkages with the OR team and lead any transformation required to keep ORNI aligned to OR processes/procedures. The aim is to make our business simple, personal and brilliant for both customers and staff while maintaining market leadership in network provision. Measures of success for this role will include the successful management and delivery of transformation programmes thatdeliver improved results for our customers and the business. You'll have the following responsibilities The key purpose of the Transformation role is to have key linkage with the OR team and lead any transformation required to keep us aligned to OR processes/procedures Working closely with other Business Units ensuring end to end delivery of the company’s services particularly the Openreach teams to ensure we are up to date on all programmes and initiatives A major part of the role will be to communicate and drive the operational change that supports Openreach NI transformation programme. All transformational programmes will be required to follow defined processes for implementation including sign on processes and sign off processes and benefits tracking which the post holder will have responsibility to track and report. Working alongside the business to develop recommendations that improve customer experience and financial benefit. Empowering and engaging your people and teams to take ownership of customer issues, and create an environment where all members of the team take ownership of customer outcomes. You'll have the following skills & experience Strong operational understanding of Openreach NI or similar engineering or service type business. Ability to manage multiple changing priorities to respond effectively to customer demands. Excellent communication skills with an ability to translate complex operational performance and challenges into concise business updates working across direct and virtual teams. Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, able to work up to board level. Strong analytical capability and financial acumen (e.g. ability to build business cases) Collaboration and effective team working skills, especially where there are conflicting demands.
