As part of this journey, we are now recruiting for several Senior MI Analysts that will be responsible for the ownership, creation and analysis of bespoke MI services giving insight into the performance of AXA Claims. Your stakeholders and customers will include Claims Operations, Centres of Excellence, SBU’s, Actuarial, Finance, Partners and Brokers. You'll be helping to develop the business unit’s data asset as part of our essential Advanced Analytics programme that embeds data-driven, intelligence-led decision-making into AXA’s culture, creating new and better ways for the organisation to be successful. What you’ll be doing: Execute existing data extraction and reporting solutions. Deliver and maintain the suite of Claims MI reports, delivering ad-hoc information and reports when required. Develop methods for streamlining and automating the production of the MI suite of reports to ensure this continues to meet changing business needs. Provide analysis and support to customers to understand their information needs. Proactively understand business performance and priorities. Understand and manage the performance of MI production against SLA’s. Qualifications Expert in SQL and automated processes including ingesting data from multiple sources. Expert in Microsoft Office applications. Experience with Power BI preferable. Strong communication and influencing skills. People management capability. Proven stakeholder management.
