This is a critical role that will sit within our client success function, supporting the Account Leads with all things process, compliance, invoicing and ensuring things run smoothly. We are looking for someone who has attention to detail, loves solving problems and delivering industry-leading customer service. This will be a dynamic and autonomous role, covering a wide range of tasks. The client success function is a key area of growth for us within SR2 as we continue to scale globally, this role has scope to grow in a number of ways depending on the individual's preference. Duties include: Manage quality control across key accounts; CV formatting/front sheets/uploading Manage client ATS's Attend client reviews Identify SLA/KPI metrics according to contracted services and provide performance reports Provide internal client health checks and report back to management Support contractor care with compliance and referencing Support CSM and consultants with CV quality reviews vs requirements Provide data and reporting to CSM on a weekly/monthly basis If this sounds like you, please apply for more details
