You will join us as a Project Manager and will deliver the Transformation Programme on time, in full, on budget, and to the required standard. You will be an active member of the Transformation Team supporting General Managers and Functional Heads, enhancing the capability within the NHS teams and contract.You will lead projects; actively work with the functional SMEs and wider stakeholders, internally and externally. Manage the progress of multifunctional teams to the successful delivery of common goals by owning the plan.This hybrid role is based working from home and ad hoc on site based either Alfreton, Cowley, Nuneaton, Coventry or another agreed Unipart location. Project Manager Responsibilities: Be the primary conduit between Unipart and stakeholders from other organisations. Direct work stream leads and their associated teams to effectively deliver assignments on time, keeping the plan on track, on budget, and within the scope of the Business Design Document. Ensure that work stream leads are aware of their activities and progress is monitored against objectives, targets and KPIs. Manage any deviation from the project plan using robust project management principles, methods and artefacts. Work inside of Unipart’s Project Delivery System (Clarizen) for the duration of the Project Lifecycle. Maintain an effective RAID Log (Risks, Actions, Issues and Dependencies) that shows tight understanding and management of all components therein Manage readiness assessments and gateways as specified within the plan. Prepare clear, high quality project outputs such as executive summaries, milestone reports, meeting minutes, RAID Logs etc. Represent Unipart’s interests and escalate as appropriate any matters of concern. Project Manager Requirements: A confident communicator, the post holder will: Graduate or equivalent level qualification, with demonstrable successful delivery of multiple projects simultaneously. Be Prince2 or equivalent qualified. Additional accreditations in Lean Six Sigma, Agile or Scrum are beneficial. Systemic knowledge of the principles for Warehouse Management systems such as JDA/ SAP/ Manhattan. Have demonstrable experience in managing multiple large, complex or high profile projects Have experience working within the Logistics or Healthcare sectors. Have strong interpersonal, influencing team-working skills. Be a pro-active stakeholder manager, with strong leadership and coaching skills.
