Job description We are looking for positive, enthusiastic carers to work weekends supporting our clients in their own homes We are looking for experienced support workers to join our growing team to provide 1:1 care to clients within their own homes. This will include supporting with personal care and assisting in some light housework, preparing and cooking meals and delivering medications. We are looking for someone who is passionate in supporting and encouraging individuals to live their life to the fullest in the comforts of their own home. Our clients are looking for somebody to support them in going out on a weekend and achieving their goals, driving would be preferred however is not essential. Summary of Key Responsibilities Personal care. Perform light housekeeping tasks, Assist in the safe lifting, transferring, repositioning, and movement of clients. Observe, monitor, and record clients physical and emotional well-being, and promptly report any changes to senior staff. Encourage clients to participate in social and recreational activities.
