Working with companies across a wide sectors including automotive and tourism, they help businesses expand their reach internationally Our client are now looking for driven graduates to join their team of Sales Development Representatives, expanding existing client accounts and gaining business from new contacts at the highest margins. Sales Development Representative Package: A competitive basic salary of £24,000 Uncapped OTE/Commission taking your Y1 total earnings higher Excellent progression, learning and development potential On-going training and support Regular team socials in a welcoming environment Lucrative bonus and incentive schemes Pension contributions Sales Development Representatives Role: Identify and agree target clients with the General Manager Research companies thoroughly to identify individual translation decision makers in new departments Identify and attend exhibitions and networking events to identify new opportunities Sell the company services in a professional manner, maintaining contact with decision makers and booking sales meetings where appropriate Ensure proposals are developed to meet the requirements of the client, presenting to the client and negotiating the proposals to gain a successful sale Manage all your existing accounts, keeping up to date with client developments, possible change in personnel, client satisfaction and identifying new opportunities Maintain all admin systems in an accurate manner, and assist where relevant in the set-up of new projects Sales Development Representative Requirements : Educated to degree level Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skill Comfortable working in a fast paced, target driven environment Business acumen Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed Pareto Law values diversity and promotes equality.
