Head of Demand Gen - Remote First - Series A StartUp Propel is delighted to work with high growth Series A SaaS company supported by some of the most respected investors in the business. They're seeking the first Head of Demand Gen hire (title flexible) to drive demand generation efforts focusing on awareness, consideration, conversion, to create qualified leads. They're growing rapidly and looking to double in size in 2022. They’ve been remote-first since 2018 and know how to do it properly. They're solving one of the largest yet unsolved problems in the online universe. They're platform makes it ridiculously easy (and frankly delightful) to eliminate manual work for enterprise clients. The role - You’ll be pivotal to the success of the business and will be uniquely placed to have enormous influence. You will spear head the Demand Gen function globally, scaling a team from the ground up. Define and execute their lead generation strategy Their first senior marketing hire you will be the cornerstone of demand generation tasked with hiring new members Own top of funnel lead generation efforts Manage their on-going marketing campaigns across all channels including - content, broadcast, search and advertising Work closely with the sales team to ensure relevant and effective messaging to target personas Work with commercial and leadership to ensure messaging and positioning is aligned to revenue targets You will You have a strong sense of ownership, you care about what you sell, and that you are selling the right thing that serves your customers. You’ve led and managed a Demand Generation function previously at a B2B startup or scaleup Have a builders mindset and thrive in high growth environments Have an entrepreneurial mindset, you are self-directed and know how to work autonomously Are comfortable working in a remote and distributed environment They are continuing to build a diverse team (20 nationalities and counting) as they we want to work with the best people, from all over the world.
