The role: Responsible for the creation, development, execution, communication, evaluation and continuous review of the Training Plan and strategy in commercial and online arenas. Incorporating an absolute focus on performance leadership and people development in every aspect of the role. Continuously driving self and others to deliver all set KPIs and targets, improving sales, customer relations and service. Championing the Clarins Values as the brand point of difference to inspire commitment and loyalty and ultimately improve the productivity of all employees.
