Role Objective Our Research team is a group of Researchers and Insights professionals who work to ensure our platform offers the best possible tool-kit, such that our users can do great research and get the best out of our products and data. After an exciting year of growth we are now looking to hire a Head of Expertise to drive our research function forward so that we become famous for delivering great automated expertise in a brilliantly simple way. Responsibilities Drive the adoption of brilliant research across our platform but ensuring that we deliver it in a brilliantly simple way Make Zappi famous for being the ‘better’ as well as ‘faster and cheaper’ research platform Push the thinking of our teams to create products and features where research expertise is baked into the design, analysis and visualisation Advocate internally and externally for automated expertise, the ability of great research thinking to be scaled and democratised Work very closely with other teams within Zappi, from marketing on thought leadership, customer service on delivering a great automated customised research platform for clients and engineering on building better, simply Maintain and promote a culture of experimentation Lead a mid sized team of researchers working very closely with data scientists and analysts on design and other teams on execution Be an active member of the leadership team Requirements A strong background and deep knowledge of research methodologies Proven track record of industry outreach, conference presentations / papers A history of automation and innovation within consumer insight, specifically working with product and engineering teams Experience driving change within an organisation to a successful outcome Experience in leading diverse teams to deliver results and foster an environment of learning and excellence Ability to draw on experiences to solve complex and varied problems Benefits Competitive pay scales benchmarked annually Unlimited holidays – we want well rested and motivated teams so encourage people to take plenty of time off.
