If you are already an experienced marketer and looking for that step up, this is the role for you Dazzle Technologies are looking to recruit an experienced and growth-oriented digital marketing manager to help drive new business opportunities through improved marketing automation. We are about to embark on the rebrand of our platform, The Preference Hub, with the aim of creating a more end user presence. As our Digital Marketing Manager, you'll have a critical role to play in this project and driving more direct end user awareness and interest. You will have the chance to work with the sales team, be responsible for the outreach strategy where you'll quickly evolve into our subject matter expert and gain insights into driving managed services. Dazzle Technologies is an exciting tech start up founded in 2020 specifically to provide services into the enterprise mobile technology sector (smartphones, Tablet computers and rugged PDA's). We received our first round of funding, and the business has had a flying start with our launch into the market back in September 2020 under the software platform The Preference Hub. It is built specifically for resellers of mobile technology and managed service providers to brand with their own logo - and then use to supply / sell device management services into their customers. With around 15 partners activity selling our solution we have already secured customers such as Coop, Halfords and Rico Logistics - and this list is growing rapidly. The Android application and mobility management is platform called The Preference Hub. (See Many organizations in retail, transport, logistics and the service sector have hundreds if not thousands of mobile workers - all of whom have a mobile device required for them to perform their role. This is mission critical technology, and these devices must be managed appropriately to ensure data security, performance and content are optimized. The Preference Hub provides all the key services needed to do this. The market potential is huge. Valued at over $2B and growing at 30% year on year - the explosive growth in mobile devices has resulted in big opportunities for service providers to support their customers in managing enterprise mobility. However, many don't have the expertise or systems to capitalize fully. We solve this problem. Primary Responsibilities: Web Site - You will be responsible for the company web site and its constant updating with resources and articles. We will repurpose web content into other social channels. Link Web to Hubspot to manage lead generation and tracking. Social Media - Create content to build social media profile across LinkedIn and Instagram. Several posts per week and improving messaging and content. Use automation where possible. Marketing Platforms - Drive the use of key marketing platforms such as Hubspot, MailChimp and any others that support the automation of awareness and interest activities. Digital Marketing Assets - Building a range of marketing assets such as sales presentations, flyers, white papers, and promotions. Lead Generation - Specific activity targeting end users to generate interest and web demos - in support of the sales team. Nurturing Programme - Continuous activity to outreach to partners and potential customers who are not yet ready to buy but will be at some point in the future. Essential skills and experience: Marketing qualification such as Business Studies, Design or Marketing. At least 3 years working in a B2B marketing role which involved direct end user out reach. Knowledge of marketing automation tools A creative problem solver who is well-organized, a good team player and is resilient. Great marketing interest and happy to work on own initiative. Digital marketing techniques, mobile technology, startups and a desire to understand new marketing techniques.
