Job description We are a long-standing design and marketing agency based in Bournemouth that requires a full-time (or part-time) Digital Marketing Lead to join our team. You will be the lead role within the digital marketing department, helping to set up and implement marketing campaigns and communications for our clients. You’ll be required to multi-task and get stuck in with a variety of specialisms; sometimes on very tight deadlines. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include the strategy and execution of the various marketing activities for our clients. This includes SEO, content writing, organic and paid social media, working within WordPress CMS to add or edit pages, building and sending email campaigns, etc. Your role will include writing creative briefs for our design team from product landing pages, email designs, and social media content. Equally, it may include writing technical briefs for web development fixes or additions for our client's websites. You should be able to review and analyse data from services such as Google Analytics to ensure we are making progress for our clients and each month, you will also be responsible for creating and analysing client reports. You will be responsible for keeping up communication with the marketing clients over the phone, email, and face-to-face (or zoom) meetings. We currently have a number of key marketing clients covering a number of industries and sectors both b2b and b2c. This includes eCommerce brands, traditional retailers, manufacturers, business training, and trades businesses. Part of your role will involve the growth of this department including producing marketing strategies for potential clients as part of our pitch process. The successful candidate will need to be a ‘self-starter’, they should be passionate about marketing and business and they will ideally be strong at self-learning and independently working. We are a very friendly team and thrive on a service-led attitude which means developing great relationships with a set of regular clients. Our location: Bournemouth Our business hours: 9.00 am – 5.30 pm, Monday – Friday. We will consider part-time hours. Who are we looking for? You will have at least 5 years of relevant marketing experience and ideally, at least 3 years of that will have been in an agency environment. We are looking for someone who understands marketing techniques and the business environment. We work within a very friendly and stimulating environment so you'll need to be able to get down to work when required, ensure your work meets our exacting quality standards and of course ensure a certain level of attention to detail.
