As Marketing Executive you will have full ownership for creating, developing and delivering marketing plans and activities to drive how we engage our customers and continue to set ourselves apart from our competitors. This is a key role for the organisation that will help shape the future strategy for the business and how it grows within its identified markets. Role Responsibilities: Website Management - working with in house developers & designers to ensure the website & all product descriptions are clearly visible, easy to read & all pages functioning correctly Managing all paid and organic marketing activities/campaigns to both clients and candidates Maintaining brand guidelines across all channels Manage the marketing budget effectively Email database management (and segmentation), including creating and drafting daily / weekly / monthly email campaigns for various segments, overseen by the Marketing Manager and ensuring data is GDPR compliant. Assisting in planning social media content – both organic and paid promotions to connect with our customer base and drive sales through planned campaigns. Constantly scanning the environment and accumulating knowledge to help create content that sets BeYou apart as a thought-leader in the female health space Continually scanning the external environment to identify opportunities and issues Incl. customer trends and hot topics, as well as trying to predict future trends Utilise different social channels according to customer behaviour: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok Instagram as current main channel: experience working with Reels and IGTV to create fun & relatable content, as well as educational and interview content Ongoing market research and competitor analysis in order to keep up to date with customer trends and hot topics, as well as predicting future trends Identifying new potential opportunities Requirements: Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related subject; or at least 2 years of working within a marketing role. High calibre of written and spoken English Essential Skills Excellent organisational skills to ensure you are able to manage multiple ongoing projects. Excellent at time management. Excellent attention to detail to ensure all copy is correct with no mistakes. Ability to adapt style and tone when approaching different types of people Ability to work in ambiguity; in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be comfortable adapting to constant change An entrepreneurial mindset that can spot opportunities in any interaction Great storyteller (able to find and utilise data for various purposes effectively Ability to think creatively and innovatively Good analytical skills in order to draw evidence-based conclusions from reporting on, but not limited to, competitor analysis and post-campaign evaluation. In particular, a good grasp of data along with an expansive mindset to read into the multiple reasons behind successes / failures, and come up with further tests to improve. Confident in suggesting their own ideas. Working knowledge of Microsoft software and G Suite (Google Docs, Google Drive etc). Desirable skills Knowledge of CRM systems Knowledge of project management systems
