Account Executive NO COLD CALLING Would you like to work for a global market leader in Motorsport media and technology? From Formula 1 to MotoGP, Formula E to NASCAR and the 24 Hours of Le Mans, racing attracts women and men across the globe, who are interested in its unique blend of edge-of-your-seat excitement, strategy, and technology. We have an exciting position available in our Motorsport Tickets Accounts Team. We are looking for somebody who has experience of working with Key Suppliers and supporting them in their purchasing of tickets and overall account management. If you have Ticket or Event Planning experience in a B2C environment then we would like to hear from you You will be organised and have a keen eye for detail. You must have experience of checking and reconciling financial information and be able to work to deadlines in a confident manner. What you will be doing: • You will be responsible for a select number of key supplier relationships • Communicating with a range of international suppliers • Updating and maintaining website content • You’ll be responsible for accurate pricing and content for select events • Leading and maintaining company knowledge base for key events • Managing life cycle of customer bookings • Ticket fulfilment • Purchase and invoicing of tickets What we are looking for: • Exposure to Microsoft Office, particularly Excel • Experience of communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing • Experience writing and proof-reading a variety of documents to a consistently high level of accuracy, grammar and spelling • Experience planning and organising work effectively, prioritising workload and meeting deadlines • Ability to take responsibility for own actions and make appropriate decisions • Ability to check and reconcile financial information • It would be great if you have experience using a CRM System but not essential About us Motorsport Network sits at the intersection of the Motorsport and Automotive industries as the global market leader in media and technology.
