We’re working exclusively with a SUPER successful Canadian Insight agency who are expanding their new UK office. We’re looking for a Quantitative Senior Manager (Senior Research Manager/Junior Associate Director level) to join their London business. Them: They’ve grown from 4 Founders to a team of over 175 people in 11 years and revenue grew by around 50% in 2021 Their new office in the US has also grown from 2 to 20 people in the last 18months. They work with major global brands such as McDonald's, P&G, Colgate and Coca-cola. They have recently transferred 2 experienced Directors over from Toronto to set up the UK business. They do a lot of work in Europe already but now is the right time to really build a physical presence and grow their UK business. They have long-standing, established relationships with clients and they have 'new UK' work from their existing client base. They have big ambitions for the UK business so it's genuinely a good time to come in and be part of something. They hired the same role in the US 2 years ago, the Snr Manager there has been promoted twice and is now a VP in the business They have 3 main offerings: 1. A DIY Research solution , which they have built themselves and clients use in over 50 different countries. 2. Customised research – Bespoke quant research consultancy. Often answering very broad strategic questions, what is the market like for retail in 2022 for example. 3. Data Science/Analytics - for which they have a dedicated analytics team. They also have a Qual team too which is about 12 people. Skills Hands on Quantitative Research Experience - most likely you will have market research agency experience. FMCG sector experience a big help Experience in innovation, product/concept testing, path to purchase, segmentation research. Any experience of working with advanced quantitative methods (conjoint, max diff, turf etc) is beneficial Someone entrepreneurial and ambitious. They’re a fun and creative company where success is shared and rewarded.
