Managing stakeholders , solving problems but above all proactively working with your customers to maximize potential and find creative ways to increase sales . The ideal candidate has strong relationship skills and can create win/win situations for all parties involved. You also need to have a highly developed commercial mindset to identify, generate and take advantage of opportunities yourself. Who are you? Minimum of 2 years Customer Success or Account Management experience in SaaS / tech Strong commercial mindset (your KPI's are partly sales based) Independent hard worker with a growth mindset Customer centric Naturally curious Smart and creative.
