Understanding the user journey in order to guide and educate the customers on fully utilising the software. Delivering exceptional product demonstrations and user training as needed. Providing daily support to customers and internal stakeholders on delivering exceptional service and satisfaction. Taking ownership of existing accounts and proactively and regularly engaging with the clients on a regular basis. Establishing and maintaining relationships with key personnel within customer accounts and intermediaries. Handling client requests, responding to user questions and ensuring customer success primarily through live in-app chat, however also video chat and/or phone calls as appropriate. Accurately recording and logging interactions with customers and updating account information as needed. Liaising with the customers and the internal teams to ensure that project requirements are executed efficiently and effectively.
