Account Manager - London - Recruitment - Previous Account Manager experience is a must Explore Group is a leading Technology Recruitment Agency with offices in London, Reading and New York. Through lots of hard work and dedication, the Explore Group has successfully built an agency with multiple brands, covering the complete Technology space. As an Account Manager, you will ideally have a few years’ recruitment experience operating in either a 180 or 360 capacity. You will have proven success in proactively headhunting candidates, developing and nurturing existing business relationships with clients and candidates. Although this is sole Account Management role, we need someone who has experience in expanding large accounts with experience in growing market share. This will include taking job briefings, managing the interview process, negotiating offers and candidate aftercare. This will you’ll be the sole person of contact for our most lucrative and largest accounts, nurturing the relationship with them and ensuring that SLAs are met.
