Applications are currently being invited for the role of Product Manager within the Product & Proposition team. Purpose of the Role The primary purpose of the Client Relationship Manager is to retain membership for UHC Global. The person in this role has responsibility for managing their book of business. Establishing, building and maintaining relationships, with key personnel within client accounts and intermediaries. In addition, a secondary purpose of this role is to manage new business sales leads for SME Accounts to drive growth across Europe. Role Responsibility Develop and build an industry-leading Corporate and Broker support function in order to support UHCG’s goals Drive exceptional performance against KPI’s Continually strive to improve the customer experience through improved processes Accountable for the resolution of issues that are identified – you will be responsible for troubleshooting, removing any barriers implementing future-focused solutions. Assists with implementation of new business Ensures operations understands client requirements and expectations Manages escalated client issues to resolution Notifies client of any operational situation (e.g., system outage, strike in a foreign country, etc.) that may impact service Partners with external vendors in support of clients initiatives and programs Updates and maintains data integrity of client databases and sales tools on a timely basis (e.g. SFDC). Drives client participation to 100% completion of annual customer satisfaction surveys (NPS); creates strategy to move passives to promoters. Addresses detractors concerns to move to passive. Participates in personal development (MAP Self Assessment, requests for training, etc.) Attends and participates in one-on-ones with manager Manages client receivables Leads delivery of customer reports with support from business partners, as appropriate Maintains Sales Force updates for all client and member interactions EU/US alignment for renewals ad reporting Ownership of European materials on Client Management growth office share site Initial creation of client reporting suite to assist in renewals and retention. Works across the team to help with ad-hoc duties as the business grows Models UHG culture Essential Qualifications IPMI and industry experience Bilingual (German and English) Proven track record of developing and maintaining client relationships Preferred Qualifications Healthcare sector and global experience Sales experience UHC product knowledge Good written and verbal communications skills Proficient presentation skills Please note you must currently be eligible to work and remain indefinitely without any restrictions in the country to which you are making an application.
