Description We are looking for a CX Lead to come and join our leading CX Services Team Create and manage the Business Services Strategy for the CX team Work with the senior members across CX and the wider business i.e. Experience Design (UX/UI), Content, Analytics and Trading to develop our CX service strategies Work with the CX Partner in creating long-term CX strategies for our biggest client Establish relationships across our client’s global markets as well as within Wunderman Thompson’s wider business and our WPP partners to embed our delivery Responsible for contract negotiations and the smooth transition of the client relationship into delivery Understand our lead client’s business and challenges in order to offer strategic CX solutions Manage resourcing and timelines, ensuring delivery of key milestones against schedule and budget Commercially minded, able to create and manage budgets and monitor costs and ROI Manage client expectations, escalations and build strong cilent relationships Responsible for quality and client satisfaction.
