Job Description As the Global Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for Programmatic and Paid Social campaign management building and scaling a cross functional approach to paid activities within the IFS Marketing team. You will collaborate with key campaign stakeholders across central and regional marketing, to define and execute an optimal paid search marketing strategy. You’ll get the opportunity to work with some great people and build out a true paid function within IFS. Essential Duties: Manage and develop an effective paid strategy to increase IFS brand placement andawareness across digital platforms. Corodiante and manage digital paid activation, centrally Building a best practice model to help stakeholders (central, regional, business unit) to deliver great paid experiences. Establish strategic media and measurement plans against KPIs and industry benchmarks. Analyse and optimze the effectiveness of paid channels to deliver against brand and lead generation targets. Work collaboratively across marketing functions to enable a more informed approach to paid search media campaigns. Qualifications Essential : Min. 4 years of experience managing multi-channel advertising campaigns through LinkedIn, as well as programmatic and display platforms. Experience of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders throughout a large organization Min. 3 years of experience managing agency partners and/or internal teams with direct reports Experience of collaborating with global and regional teams Experience of working with a marketing automation system to record and measure conversions Desirable : Experience working with global markets on campaign and operations, effectively striking the right balance between centralized and localized operations Experienced presenter, articulating complex ideas simply Experience with analytics systems and tagging requirements for data delivery and reporting Additional Information IFS develops and delivers enterprise software for customers around the world who manufacture and distribute goods, maintain assets, and manage service-focused operations.
