Job description The Brand Amplification Executive will be required to develop clients’ online presence through their social platforms using organic and paid techniques. The role covers social media management, paid post boost campaigns, content planning, analysis, and reporting on the brand performance, whilst linking in with the internal team on the overall marketing strategy. You will work with a range of clients in different industries and provide fresh ideas regularly as to how they can improve their Brand performance. You will use creator studio, Facebook Ads Manager, and Business Manager, along with other Paid Social software such as Funnel. As part of the role you will be arranging content campaigns, planning shoots alongside the internal content team, tracking, and measuring the performances against their targets. Key responsibilities Manage the social strategy of different clients right from the content plan to implementing techniques across organic and paid Facebook and Instagram services, including Creator Studio, Ad Manager, Business Manager, Audience Insights, and Facebook Analytics Manage social accounts across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and TikTok Provide regular reporting on client brand performance to the project management team, senior management, and the client Develop and continuously optimise best posting times, caption styles, and content formats. Perform content analysis to determine performance and improvements/learnings for future content. Work with all aspects of Social Media advertising including but not limited to content planning, post scheduling, story management, on-site content story coverage, post boost strategising, and analysing. . Key skills An ability to write engaging copy Knowledge of social platforms, algorithms, and campaign strategies Experience in managing social accounts Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Strong attention to detail and an ability to edit written work Impeccable organisational skills with the ability to plan future content Expertise communicating via phone, email, webinar, and face-to-face. Experience in content planning and marketing Qualifications 2-3 years’ previous experience in marketing, advertising, or managing Social Media Ads accounts including Facebook and Instagram Must have experience working with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat and TikTok Bachelor’s degree preferred (Marketing, Business, or Communication) This is a full-time position with a hybrid working pattern with 2-3 days in the office, depending on experience remote working is a possibility. Salary is up to 26K dependant on experience
