Due to an outstanding first year, we are now offering a motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Education Recruitment Consultant. The successful consultant will be key to the growth of the business by working alongside an amazing and supportive team who will all be on hand to drive performance and help achieve success. This is a fantastic opportunity that would suit an experienced education recruitment consultant who is a self-motivated, ambitious and driven individual who is looking to progress with their education recruitment career. If successfully appointed, you will also be responsible for: Recruiting and attracting a pool of skilled and inspirational Teachers and support staff i.e., Learning Support Assistants, Sports coaches etc Client generation and business development in your allocated boroughs Managing client bookings, vacancies, and expectations across allocated boroughs Building and retaining strong relationships with new and existing clients Management of client visits with new and existing clients Candidate generation i.e., using innovative sourcing techniques to generate candidates for vacancies Organising open day events to attract candidates from the local areas To be considered for this post, the successful applicant will possess the following: 6 Month's plus experience as an Education Recruitment Consultant Exceptional sales and influencing skills Strong presence and obscene levels of emotional intelligence Proven ability to build positive relationships both internally and externally Self-driven with high expectations A resilient attitude to rejection and an appetite to succeed Sense of humour This post has additional benefits accompanied with an impressive salary.
