Job Title: Sales Progression Manager - Property Location: Hybrid working office based in Colchester Essex post initial training. Rewards: Basic Salary £25K-£30K plus commission bonuses and Benefits, realistic OTE £35K. Target: Sales Professionals from an Estate Agency background.
