Internal Sales/Account Manager Salary: £24,500 Are you a highly organised individual with strong customer service skills? Do you have experience in an office-based environment? Then we may have an exciting opportunity for you at a market leading company based in Kirkstall. As Internal Sales/Account manager you will be contributing to the meeting of targets and the growth of sales, so the Ideal candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills. The Role: · First point of contact to follow up on New Business Leads · Onboarding of all new e-commerce accounts · Main point of contact for SME accounts; providing support and assistance through all their interactions and transactions · Review outstanding proforma orders/quotations within SAP to ensure conversion is maximised · Identify development potential within existing accounts by studying current business · Review transactions with proforma customers with a view to converting to credit accounts · Develop and implement a follow up after sales service for new customers to ensure the service received has met/exceeded their expectations · Effective utilisation of the CRM system; ensuring data is accurate, relevant and compliant · Proactively establish and maintain effective working relationships with external sales team to ensure effective collaboration and development of accounts · Attend customer meetings either onsite or at customers premises supported by Customer Experience Manager, Senior Sales Manager or Sales Director What we are looking for: · Strong interpersonal skills are required to develop rapport and build relationships with new/existing customers · Fact Finding: Comfortable using a range of tools to pull together information about prospective customers to support sales team when making contact · Attention for detail: Have a close eye for detail to support problem solving · Flexibility: Be comfortable balancing multiple tasks and activities concurrently · Methodical approach to your work ensuring high accuracy of right first time · A driven Individual who thrives at working under own initiative/minimum supervision; whilst having the humility and maturity to seek support Location: Kirkstall Click apply today for immediate interview or call our office on (phone number removed).
